Are we going to be concidered admins or what? And is there going to be something special in it for the ones whoo do become assistances to the admins?

Yes. You get to host events, etc whatever you're in charge of. You can also do whatever you want (admin & other staff can do whatever they want) meaning you won't be limited to the rules like the other members.
